Fall is by far my favorite season. I love how the cold weather flirts with you and how agonizing those last few days are before you can officially bust out the decorations for Fall and Halloween. I love that there is non stop something going on, but it’s not a manic busy. It’s chill and mellow. Just like the weather. Not to mention pumpkin and all spiced deserts are allowed again. mmmm. pumpkin and spices. Anyways, here is how we celebrated the equinox.
Dinner with Grandpa was an awesome way to spend Fall Equinox Eve.
Breakfast was homemade fig newtons in fall shapes and hot coco. one of my favorite breakfast cookies ever. What? You didn’t know that cookies moonlight at the breakfast table? You’ve been missing out.
Hand print trees and apple / pumpkin stamps. Good times and I got more modern art for my walls. It was a win-win all around.
