A saga in pictures.

We can add Plumbing, Tile Laying, Carpentry, Electrickery, and Interior Design to the “Things my husband is good at” list. It’s quite extensive at this point. Well, the initial demolition started towards the end of October. The shower tile was finished and sealed the day before Thanksgiving, and the new tankless hot water heater (that we realized we needed because our old one was minutes from being completely shot) was installed and drama resolved a week and a half ago. The glass doors that will make it actually function as a Steam Shower are set to be installed after the holidays. But. And this is the most important thing. We can shower in our beautiful new shower and it is delightful. I can’t even say how luxurious it feels and how much I love the finished product. Seriously, my husband wins all the things and I win even more because he is mine.
