Christmas 2025

2025-12-27

I probably should have split this out into at least two posts…but the rallying cry this year is: We are doing what we can even if it’s not perfect! (see also: fancy Christmas plates out two weeks late, gifts for all acquaintances was candy moved from one bag to another, and New Year’s Eve desserts will be all the treats we were gifted but just didn’t get to). My favorite and I took in an orchestra concert in which a dear friend was playing flute. The key movies were watched and new snowflakes were cut. We saw all the Christmas lights and Naomi rocked her voice recital. There were so many projects. Presents were exchanged and loved and we made it to the temple. The board game we got from our missionary was widely hailed as AWESOME! and mostly…we had a lovely Christmas. We are going to continue our down time until New Years and I’ll report back on the Eve next week.

We hope your holiday was likewise everything you needed it to be.
