Hey! Long time no see. How have you been? We’ve been good and crazy as per the norm. Recently there was a magical confluence of events that resulted in a plethora of pictures to be shared…Spring Break, Easter, Conference and a weekend trip to Ohio to visit Grandma and Grandpa McGuire.

We did all the normal Easter things and then watched Conference. It was really great. For some reason this particular Conference really hit all the right notes for me. A lot of questions were answered and I got what I needed.
Spring Break projects were accomplished. There was a zoo trip to see all the new changes. All the girls cooked a few meals, Corra started her sewing project, I worked on the garden, and we made it to the temple.
We finished up with a road trip up to Ohio. Grandma and Grandpa’s house has its own amazing traditions…the stack of comic collection books that only get read there, the ping pong table and sitting and chatting. The only thing we were missing was Mac’n’Cheese (apparantly Naomi has it in her head that every time we visit Ohio we have to have Mac’n’Cheese. Did not know that until this trip). The girls haven’t been to Kirtland since 2018 and Naomi was the only one who vaguely remembered any of it. It was sooo fun and we all loved it. On the way home we stopped at a classic Ohio treasure…Lehman’s Country Store. My offspring bamboozled me into buying them car activity souvenirs. I’m getting soft in my old age.
