Now that we are a week and a half into school and me teaching (I’ll explain later), plus seminary starting tomorrow…this trip we took feels like it was ages ago. It’s not a bad thing, it just speaks to how fast life is moving again. But back to Orlando!
We took a day off to wander around and watch movies and swim in the pool. Also I got to introduce my baby to air hockey. So many rites of passage. Our last day was a SeaWorld day.
She loved Sea World. We went on a roller coaster and she was very brave. It ended up in a penguin habitat and so was totally worth it. Unfortunately because of rain we missed seeing the orca show, however Corra did bring home a stuffed orca which she named Yin Yang. We did catch a dolphin show and I realized just how nostalgic dolphins are for me. I love them! The stage show we watched at the end of the night was amazing and Corra got to see a professional aerialist in action (she was pleased to recognize a whole bunch of moves that she knows how to do.) The food was good and the company was the best.
I sure love this baby of ours. She is an excellent travel buddy but she did decide she prefers to travel with her whole family. She was missing her dad and sisters by the end of the trip. And I absolutely was too. We decided that just means that we need to bring everyone back asap!
